Waterways Ireland Classic Boats Regatta 2006
Conceived to mark the centenary of Lough Erne Yacht Club's 'Fairy' Class, the inaugural Inland Classic Boats Regatta was blessed with fabulous weather and an impressive turn-out. Shannon One Designs and Water Wags made the journey in numbers, while other more unique craft added to the spectacle of the event, but undoubted stars were the local class which are being slowly revived dedicated group and lovingly restored one-by-one.
