LDYC Annual Regatta 2010

Though other clubs make more of a song and dance about how far back they can trace thier roots, the members of Lough Derg Yacht Club have been racing on Dromineer Bay for 175 years and have been celebrating this significant milestone in understated style all summer. The annual regatta is once again the high-point of a busy season of events, and although no longer drawing record numbers, the are certainly healthy numbers and good competition in the Shannon One Design, Laser, Mirror and Optimist fleets.
